HRBB is honored to have been chosen by UIDA as a partner for its next project. UIDA members visited HRBB's office to learn about global and Korean adoption policies and the right to origins. HRBB looks forward to this collaboration and will continue to provide updates on the progress.
From UIDA:
Underwood International Development Academia (UIDA) is a 2023-established
academically stimulating space for undergraduate students of Yonsei University
who share a common passion for tackling pressing world issues related to
international development.
UIDA offers its members learning opportunities and activities related to
international development and research. Through the academia's
main activity, the campaign project, students get to work closely
together with NGOs, international organizations or institutions to gain hands-on
experience concerning operations executed by such organizations.
In collaboration with Human Rights Beyond Borders (HRBB), UIDA aims to leverage its collective knowledge and enthusiasm for international development to contribute meaningfully to human rights. Our objective is to engage in a collaborative project that aligns with HRBB’s initiatives, focusing on uplifting intercountry adoptees and their rights to origin.
